By using duefora.com or purchasing Duefora services, you agree to these terms.
What Duefora is
Duefora is an operations tool that helps you organize vendor COIs, licenses, and W-9s, track expiration dates, and follow up with vendors. During the early stage, parts of the service (including setup and document review) may be fulfilled manually by our team while product features are built.
What Duefora is not
- Not an insurance company, broker, or agent
- Not a law firm; we do not give legal advice
- Not a guarantee that a vendor is “compliant,” adequately insured, or approved for work
- Not a substitute for your own review, broker, or counsel
Status labels (current / expiring / expired / missing) are based on documents and dates you provide or that we extract from them. Extraction can be wrong—you should spot-check important vendors.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information and only upload documents you have the right to share. Do not use Duefora for unlawful purposes or to spam vendors.
Free audit
The free 10-document audit is offered as available, typically with results in 1–2 business days. It does not create an ongoing subscription unless you purchase one.
Paid plans and billing
Subscriptions and one-time audits are billed through Stripe. Plan limits are based on vendors (1 vendor = 1 company on your list), not per document. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to deliver a paid audit we accepted.
Your content
You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that tracked dates are complete or correct.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duefora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from expired insurance, vendor non-performance, or reliance on status reports. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
