Privacy Policy
Duefora (“we”) helps property managers and small contractors track vendor insurance certificates (COIs), licenses, and W-9s. This page explains what we collect and how we use it. We keep this simple and honest.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, work email, company, role, notes) when you request a free audit, buy a plan, or email us.
- Vendor documents you send us (for example COI / license / W-9 PDFs) and related vendor names, dates, and status notes we create for your account.
- Payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type may be collected by our hosting/email providers when you use the site or forms.
How we use information
- To deliver the free audit, paid audits, tracking, reminders, and digests you request.
- To reply to you, onboard your account, and provide support.
- To operate and improve the service (for example fixing errors).
We do not sell your personal information or vendor documents. We do not use your documents to train public AI models for unrelated purposes.
Who we share with
We use service providers that help us run Duefora, such as:
- Hosting (e.g. Netlify)
- Email delivery / forms
- Payments (Stripe)
They process data only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.
Document handling
Early customers may be onboarded manually. Documents you send are used to extract expiration dates, maintain status lists, and send reminders on your behalf. Keep originals; treat our outputs as operational tracking—not insurance, legal, or compliance certification.
Retention
We keep account and document data while you use the service and for a reasonable period afterward for support and legal records, then delete or anonymize when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your data by emailing hello@duefora.com.
Security
We use reputable providers and sensible access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
Duefora is a business service and is not directed at children under 13.
